Key Responsibilities:
* Support all IT HW Equipment and services on site for all users and activities
* Responsible for escalation of issues to systems support and co-ordinate resolution during escalations
* Participate in project implementations
* Work with suppliers and staffs from other sites and departments when required
* Attend to ad-hoc requests for IT support
* Perform systems/machines hardware and software upgrades and backups
* Vendor Management
* 24x7 phone and on-site support after office hours or on weekends may be required
* Email and office application support
Key Requirements:
* Degree in IT or related discipline
* Experience in Windows Server 2003, Active Directory user and workstation administration
* Able to install, network and trouble-shoot Windows 9X, NT, 2K and XP
* Able to understand and translate user problems
* Knowledge in VM Ware with experience is preferred
* Possesses basic / intermediate networking skills to manage NW LAN equipment (CISCO/ switches and routers) is an advantage
* Independent self starter
* Committed and dedicated to work
